A Space to Heal: Honest Wellbeing Finds a New Home at The Creative Fringe

We’re thrilled to welcome the newest member of our Fringe family – Molly from Honest Wellbeing! With a passion for supporting others through their health and wellness journeys, Molly has recently made the exciting leap into her own private office here at The Creative Fringe.

Molly offers nutrition and health coaching for individuals, with plans to expand into group sessions in the near future. With a professional background in colon hydrotherapy and a strong foundation in nutrition, she’s also currently in her final months of studying to become a clinical nutritionist – building on years of personal and professional experience.

“My own personal health journey really inspired me to want to work with people around their health,” Molly shares. “I was working for other businesses, but I kept having these visions of what I could create – ideas that didn’t quite fit within someone else’s structure. I knew it was time to step out on my own.”

For Molly, Honest Wellbeing is more than a business – t’s a reflection of her energy, values, and purpose. Her new space at The Creative Fringe gives her the opportunity to craft a calm, welcoming environment for her clients, while also becoming part of a wider creative and connected business community.

“In the last few years, we’ve all felt a loss of connection and community,” she says. “Coming together again—both personally and professionally—has never been more important. That’s why co-working at The Fringe feels so right. My clients can come in and receive my services, and at the same time, discover other amazing businesses here. It creates this beautiful network of people helping people.”

Interestingly, Molly’s journey to The Creative Fringe began in a different way. “Barb, The Community Manager reached out to ask if I’d be interested in running a Polymer Clay Jewellery workshop. I had a handmade jewellery business years ago, and I always loved teaching others how to create more than selling the pieces themselves.”

That visit to explore workshop options quickly turned into something much more. Barb mentioned an office had just become available—and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect.

“It really felt like the stars aligned,” Molly says. “Now I have this beautiful, calming space of my own to support my clients and grow my business in a way that feels authentic and aligned.”

Welcome, Molly! We’re so excited to have Honest Wellbeing as part of our Creative Fringe community.
