General Ticket Terms, Refunds and Cancellation for Creative classes
Tickets are only reserved and confirmed when full payment of your space in a class is paid for in full. Refunds are available with a MINIMUM of 7 days notice required so that we may sell the place in your class. Transfer of ticket ownership to any booked class is available with prior notice to [email protected]
The Creative Fringe may at time need to cancel a class or transfer the class to another date, due to unforeseen circumstances or the required numbers for the class has not reached a minimum number of booked seats. If you have a booked ticket, you will be offered a refund, if you are unable to attend the new date. Alternatively, you may choose another class of the same value. The Creative Fringe cannot offer you a refund should your own personal circumstances change, or any change in your availability.
No-Show Policy In the event of a no-show to your booked event, the full booking fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
Gift Certificates:Gift Certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Ensure that you make use of your gift certificates prior to the used by date as we are unable to re-issue or honour them after they have expired. Gift Certificates are not refundable and are not accepted as redeemable for cash.
Discount Codes: Occasionally we run promotional campaigns that offer a discount code. Only one code can be used per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer running. Discount codes must be applied at the time of order and cannot be applied after your checkout for payment.
Meeting Room Hire Refunds and cancellation terms.
Cancellation Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the booking date to receive a full refund. Full payment of the Meeting room hire period will required at the time of booking.
Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling a booking is permitted up to 3 days before the event date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made by email to [email protected] or by phone to 0247 324766
No-Show Meeting Room Policy: In the event of a no-show, the full booking fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
Force Majeure: If the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), we may offer a rescheduling option or a partial/full refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation confirmation.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late, the room will still need to be vacated at the scheduled end time. Refunds or extensions will not be provided for lost time.
Changes to Terms:We reserve the right to modify these cancellation policies with prior notice.
