The Innovate Office is our of our largers spaces – currently being used as a private workshop space seating 15 people for classes. It has an industrial feel with exposed beams, gyrock and concrete walls. This space is situated on the ground floor at the end our avenue of fairy lights. Fully air conditioned with a lot of privacy, this office would suit a growing business or one down sizing their office.
Tucked away at the back of the space, is this little oasis that we call the ACCELERATE OFFICE. This office is truely private, boasting oodles of room at 23m2. The beauty of this space is the floating shelving – allowing an abundance of storage. This is also a connecting office to the Ignite Studio – if your team should grow, the possibility is there for you to expand It is also fully air conditioned and perfect for a growing business.
This office would suit someone who’s business is really starting to take off. 12m2 this office can fit up to 3 desks and has a large window that looks out onto The Creative Fringe giving you privacy but still being part of the action. This office has lockable double doors that can be expanded into a larger space should you business or team grow.

Our BOOST office is a cozy little space just perfect for a solopreneur or a team of 2. The Boost office measures 9.9m2 and has it’s own air con. With the added bonus of a feature door wall to brighten your day. You also have lots of natural light that filters through your glass barn door.
The Thrive office offers an ideal space for 5-6 people, featuring the beautiful glass and timeber barn doors. This office is currently being used as a photo/video and content studio. with its own aircon, this makes this a perfect space for a larger team.
The ultimate open studio space – The Keep! This little gem sits off the kitchen area of the in the heart of the Fringe and perfect for someone who loves the hustle and bustle. With a concrete floor its perfect for a creative who wants to get messy.
