Quote Acceptance

1. Payment

• This quote is current for 30 days.
• Full payment to be paid prior to the commencement of work.
• Quote does not include travel time which will be an additional fee charged pro-rata at $110.00 per hour.

In default of prompt payment of the account in full, you undertake to indemnify us and pay all costs and expenses on a Solicitor/own client basis if legal action is necessary, and/or Debt Collection Agency fees, which we may incur in recovering from you any overdue account. Under provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (amended 2001) we may give information about you to a Credit Reporting Agency to allow such agency to maintain a credit information file containing information about your credit worthiness.

2. Retainer

Retainer contracts run for 3, 6 or 12 months for up to an agreed amount of days per month. Once a contract is signed it is deemed binding and invoices will be issued on a monthly basis, paid in advance. Days do not roll over from month to month and do not include after hours work.

Agreements that are terminated prior to the completion of the contract will result in the remainder of the contract to be paid in full by the client.

2. Confidentiality

None of the parties shall disclose to any person or use for any purpose any confidential information of the other as a result of entering into this Agreement. This restriction shall continue to apply after the expiration or termination of this agreement without limit of time.
